	Meet Christyne Nasbe The president and principal of SBS, an educator with strong skills in negotiation and team building, sales, business evaluation and strategic anaylsis experience, she has a B.S. in education, with over 20 years of financial and business analysis. She has extensive experience assisting area businesses. She spent four years as a volunteer Small Business Administration counselor, taught Business Planning and Marketing at Montgomery College and conducted numerous workshops for Montgomery Count office of Economic Development. She has been honored by the County Executive for her participating in the "Mentorship" program for new businesses. Chris has been an active volunteer for the American Heart Association for 16 years and is recently working with Best Buddies and Knock Out Abuse.
	Meet Sheila Smart As a corporate officer (treasurer), Sheila has over 20 years of experience with SBS. Many small business clients require documentation for business policies, procedures and employee handbooks. She researches state and federal government regulations as necessary to generate specific and detailed policy, OSHA and HIPAA compliance manuals. As a documentation specialist, Sheila generates documentation large and small: manuals, reports, presentations, brochures, posters, flyers, menus and mailers. As a system administrator, she provides technical support for the medical billing service of the SBS office and clients. She administers user access and accounts for the medical billing software used by nurses and data entry staff. She coordinates and resolves technical issues between the data entry staff, billing software provider, and insurance providers. She also updates accounting software utilized in financial management for clients. Sheila has a B.S. in chemistry and has won multiple ballroom dancing awards.
	Meet Richard Lai Richard has been working with SBS for more than 15 years. He is an accountant and business manager with a B.S. degree in accounting and information systems management. With his knowledge of accounting and information technology, he has assisted clients in financial evaluation and system application support. Richard is also a tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation to represent taxpayers for all administrative levels before the Internal Revenue Service. He is federally licensed and authorized by the U.S. Department of Treasury as an enrolled agent. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
	Meet Tina Martin Our medical billing supervisor has over 20 years of experience. She began her career in hospital billing and transferred her skills to private practice office management. Her billing background includes hospital, radiology, internal medicine, cardiology, rheumatology, orthopedic and durable medical equipment.
	Meet Katrina Sayag Our office manager is responsible for coordinating all staff assignments and assigning administrative duties. She has been with Small Businesses, Inc. for the past ten years, gaining experience in all office operations while maintaining office efficiency. She holds a B.A. in dance from the University of Maryland and has enjoyed coaching a local high school dance team.
